Product management company

Broad evidence.
One sharp decision.

Arkedah embeds with your team to find what is actually worth building, then holds the line from the first customer interview to the shipped release.

The practice

Three things, done properly.

Most teams do not need more ideas. They need someone to decide which ones are worth the quarter, write it down, and stay accountable to the result.

Product leadership

Product managers and heads of product who own outcomes rather than tickets. We run the roadmap, the tradeoffs, and the conversations nobody wants to have.

Discovery and validation

Customer interviews, market sizing, and small tests that answer one question at a time. You get a decision with the evidence attached, not a deck.

Delivery

Specs engineers can build from, release plans that survive contact with reality, and the instrumentation to tell you honestly whether it worked.

The method

Wide at the base. Narrow at the top.

Every engagement runs the same four phases. The order matters, and so does the time each one gets.

01Week 1

Read the room

We go through your product, your analytics, your support tickets, and your last three retros. Then we tell you what we found, including the parts you already suspected.

02Weeks 2–3

Narrow

We cut the backlog down to the few bets that move your number, and we write down why each of the others lost. The record is as useful as the decision.

03Weeks 4–8

Prove

The smallest test that could change our minds, shipped to real users and instrumented before launch. We read the result as it is, not as we hoped.

04Ongoing

Hand over

We stay long enough for the practice to outlast us: the rituals, the written artefacts, and a product manager on your team who can run it without us.

Engagements

Start small, or start deep.

Three ways to work with us. Most teams begin with the audit and continue from there.

Fixed scope

Product audit

Two weeks inside your product and your data, ending in one written verdict on what to build next and what to stop.

Most common

Embedded product manager

A product manager working inside your team four days a week, owning discovery, the roadmap, and the release.

Questions

Before you write to us.

Do you build the product as well?

No. We do product management. We work alongside your engineers and designers, and if you do not have them yet we will help you find them.

How small is too small?

If you have engineers shipping and users complaining, you are big enough. Below that, what you need is a founder doing discovery, and we are happy to say so.

Can you work with the product managers we already have?

That is usually the best version of this. We raise the standard of the practice rather than replacing the people who know your product.

What do we have to give you to start?

Read access to your analytics, your support queue, and your roadmap, plus an hour each with three customers. Everything else we can find ourselves.

Tell us what you are stuck on.

One email, a short reply, and a call if it looks like a fit. We will tell you early if it is not.
